Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Salzgitter suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung unserer Betriebsstelle.
  • You support the project management in the planning, control and monitoring of project tasks and thus make a significant contribution to the smooth running of our BGE projects
  • Zudem übernimmst du die organisatorische, technische und personelle Leitung unserer Betriebsstelle vor Ort und überwachst sowie koordinierst jegliche Arbeits- und Bauabläufe
  • Du übernimmst organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Projektumfeld – hierzu zählen unter anderem die Terminplanung, Protokollführung und Pflege projektbezogener Dokumente
  • Außerdem unterstützt Du beim Monitoring des Projektfortschritts und behältst wichtige Faktoren wie Termine, Budget und Qualität stets im Blick
  • Die Unternehmensziele im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit setzt Du konsequent um und stellst sicher, dass alle Vorgaben eingehalten werden
  • Die Baustelle präsentierst Du professionell und transparent gegenüber internen Abteilungen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Du vertrittst unsere Interessen in allen vertraglichen Angelegenheiten und wirst dabei von einem bestehenden, kompetenten Team unterstützt
  • Zudem übernimmst Du den fachgerechten Umgang mit Sachverständigen und koordinierst deren Einbindung in den Projektablauf
  • Darüber hinaus steuerst Du unsere Nachunternehmer, planst deren Einsätze und überwachst die termingerechte sowie qualitätsgerechte Ausführung ihrer Leistungen
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in einem technischen Bereich oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Betriebsstelle, Baustelle oder eines technischen Betriebs sowie in der Koordination von Nachunternehmern wird vorausgesetzt
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit Themen wie Arbeitssicherheit, Termin- und Kostensteuerung, Qualitätsmanagement sowie vertraglichen Angelegenheiten (z. B. VOB/B und Nachtragswesen) ist erforderlich
  • Eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Ressourcen effizient zu planen, Prioritäten zu setzen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, gehört zu deinen Kernkompetenzen
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Sachverständigen und internen Stakeholdern und zeichnest dich durch ein souveränes Auftreten sowie eine klare und verlässliche Berichterstattung aus
  • Routine im Einsatz von MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Teams, sowie in gängigen Projekt- und Bautools und im Reporting ist notwendig
  • Zudem bist Du teamorientiert, durchsetzungsfähig und pragmatisch und lebst eine Sicherheits- und Qualitätskultur aktiv vor
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du bereit, regelmäßig vor Ort präsent zu sein und gelegentliche Dienstreisen wahrzunehmen, abhängig vom Standort und den Projekten
