REDPATH DEILMANN is an international leader in shaft construction and an innovative service provider in mining and tunnel construction. As part of the Canadian Redpath Group, we are a world leader in the field of mining contracting. As a growing company, we are represented in the mining centers of all five continents. For our project site in Salzgitter, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) mixing foreman (m/f/d) for an indefinite period as soon as possible.
  • You supervise a small concrete mixing plant with a team of 2-3 employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You are also responsible for the high-quality production of concrete and on-time delivery to our customers
  • You will be responsible for the independent operation and control of one of our concrete mixing plants
  • You carry out quality control and product monitoring to ensure that all standards are met
  • You will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring maintenance and servicing work on the mixing plant to ensure its optimum functionality
  • You will also be responsible for the technical maintenance and care of the ready-mix concrete plant to ensure smooth operation
  • You have completed training in a skilled trade or in the construction industry, e.g. as a fitter, electrician, plant operator, concrete worker, mechanic, bricklayer or in a similar profession
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the production of ready-mix concrete
  • Solution-oriented, independent and flexible action are among your strengths
  • You are resilient, outgoing and enjoy working in a team
