Planungskoordinator Konstruktion (m/w/d)

Als Teil der kanadischen Redpath-Gruppe gehören wir zur Weltspitze auf dem Gebiet des „mining contracting“. Wir sind als wachsendes Unternehmen in den Bergbauzentren aller fünf Kontinente vertreten. Für unsere Betriebsstelle am Standort Braunschweig sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Koordinator in Planung & Konstruktion (m/w/d). Die Position ist unbefristet und kann zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) besetzt werden.
  • Die Koordination sämtlicher planerischer und konstruktiver Arbeitspakete gehört zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich und sorgt dafür, dass Abläufe strukturiert voranschreiten
  • Außerdem werden Terminpläne, Meilensteine und Kapazitätsübersichten von Dir gepflegt, sodass Projekte verlässlich gesteuert werden können
  • Rechtzeitig vorliegende Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Freigaben stellst Du sicher und leitest sie an die relevanten Ansprechpartner weiter
  • Als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Konstruktion, Projektmanagement, Fertigung, Einkauf und Qualität stellst Du einen klaren und transparenten Informationsfluss sicher
  • Ebenso gehört die Klärung technischer Anforderungen sowie Änderungsbedarfe im Austausch mit allen Beteiligten zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben
  • Das Änderungswesen begleitest Du aktiv und verfolgst Freigabeprozesse bis zum Abschluss
  • Auch die Pflege von Dokumenten, Datenständen und Versionen im PDM-System wird von Dir souverän durchgeführt
  • Mit aussagekräftigen Statusberichten schaffst Du Transparenz, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Optimierung von Durchlaufzeiten und Prozessen
  • Eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Bereichen wie Maschinenbau, Konstruktionstechnik oder Mechatronik bildet die Grundlage für Deinen Einstieg
  • Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld – idealerweise in der Konstruktion oder in einer koordinierenden Funktion – wäre von Vorteil
  • Der Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Änderungsprozessen fällt Dir leicht und wird sicher beherrscht
  • Kenntnisse in PDM-Systemen sowie ERP-Software erleichtern Dir die tägliche Arbeit und unterstützen einen schnellen Einstieg
  • Eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise ermöglicht es Dir, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Klarheit und Verbindlichkeit in der Kommunikation zeichnen Dich im Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen aus
  • Ergänzend bringst Du Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung mit
