    For our head office in Dortmund, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Project Engineer for the international division (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
  • In the role of project engineer, you will primarily be involved in our international shaft sinking projects - the current focus is on the Woodsmith potash mine in England, where two shafts over 1,500 m deep and one 390 m deep shaft are being sunk conventionally using SBR (Shaft Boring Roadheader) technology
  • In this context, you will create technical specifications and finalized schedules for the technological cycle of sinking with the help of MS-Project and Primavera P6 after successful training
  • If necessary, you will develop solutions for technical challenges that arise during project implementation
  • In addition, you are available as a contact person for technical queries and provide data for other departments, contractors and subcontractors
  • A successfully completed engineering degree in the field of mining, construction or comparable (Bachelor, Master or Diplom-Ingenieur) qualifies you for this position
  • You have at least three years of professional experience as a project engineer or in a comparable position
  • You have a fluent command of written and spoken English, other foreign language skills may be an advantage

  • You are a strong analytical and critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break new ground and try out new approaches to challenges

  • You bring a willingness to travel regularly, e.g. to England - the travel organization is done by us
  • Extensive familiarization with tasks and subject areas as well as active support for personal and professional development through targeted training courses
