Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Braunschweig suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung der Projektleitung.
Deine Mission: Als Teil unseres Projektteams übernimmst Du Verantwortung für spannende Projekte im Bereich des Endlagerbergbaus und darüber hinaus. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Planung, Umsetzung und Kommunikation – und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft.
  • You support the project management in the planning, control and monitoring of project tasks and thus make a significant contribution to the smooth running of our BGE projects
  • You will also coordinate and liaise regularly with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Participation in negotiations with clients and subcontractors, contract review, supplement management, legal assessment of project deviations
  • In addition, you will take on organizational and administrative tasks in the project environment - including scheduling, taking minutes and maintaining project-related documents
  • You prepare presentations, reports and decision papers and thus create a reliable information basis for the project team and the management bodies.
  • You also support the monitoring of project progress and always keep an eye on important factors to ensure deadlines, budget and quality
  • You are actively involved in the identification and management of project-specific risks and thus contribute to risk minimization and project safety
  • In the future, you will take on (sub-)projects independently and gradually take on more responsibility in project management
  • You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, project management or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you already have several years of professional experience in a project environment - experience in technical projects or in the context of public clients is particularly advantageous
  • You are confident in correspondence according to VOB for clients and contractors.
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and have a strong organizational talent
  • You are also a strong communicator and a team player, especially in interdisciplinary project teams.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications; knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an additional plus
  • You also have the willingness to continuously develop yourself further and take on more responsibility in the future - for example in (partial) project management
