Für unsere Betriebsstelle in Salzgitter / Nähe Braunschweig (Niedersachsen) suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektsteuerer (m/w/d).
  • Nach einer erfolgreichen Einarbeitung steuerst Du Teilprojekte von der Ausschreibung bis hin zur Ausführung unserer langjährigen Arbeitsgemeinschaft im Rahmen des Konrad Projekts
  • You will be a competent contact person for supplementary contract management and will manage the interface with our subcontractors as well as in the relationship with our client.
  • Du bist aktiv in die Vertragsgestaltung unserer NU eingebunden
  • Du kontrollierst den Fortschritt unserer Nachunternehmer und bearbeitest eventuelle Nachforderungen entsprechend der Regeln der VOB
  • Das Lösen von komplexen Vertragsfragen rund um die Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB) sowie der gesamte Schriftverkehr werden bei uns im Projektteam erarbeitet; bei Bedarf wird zusätzlich die Expertise von externen Beratern in Anspruch genommen
  • Du bist aktiv in die Terminkontrolle und Aktualisierung von Terminplänen eingebunden und meisterst die logistischen und terminlichen Herausforderungen des Projekts gemeinsam mit den Betriebsstellenleiter:innen
  • You will be trained in the use of the required software (RIB iTWO and MS-Project)
  • Motivation and commitment are our top priorities
  • Mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium als Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieur oder einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung qualifizierst Du Dich für die Position des Projektsteuerers
  • Initial professional experience in supplement management is an advantage
  • Experience in construction and contract law, especially VOB, is desirable, but regular training is a matter of course for us
  • Experience with AVA programs, ideally the software RIB iTWO is advantageous
  • Experience with MS-Office, especially MS-Project is desirable, but can also be acquired at our company
  • Good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
