REHABILITATION of the shaft Konradsberg
Rehabilitation of the shaft station hanging wall and of the floor the of ventilation drift. A 6-segments glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) inner lining was installed.
The single segments were assembled to form a fibreglass formwork on the floor of the haulage road; subsequently the liner was lifted into its final position by a 12-ton hoist.
The lower segments of the formwork were fixed on the roof of the haulage road with anchors. The anulus between the liner and the rock was then filled with concrete pumped from the haulage road in order to form a solid contact between the rock and the GRP liner.
